Igor Zernitsky is an established New Jersey entrepreneur who holds responsibilities as chief financial officer of the PRC Group, where he has oversight of a full range of financial matters. These include external and internal financial reporting, as well as risk management and tax planning. Igor Zernitsky previously held a position as senior manager with Ernst and Young LLP’s New York office.
Part of the Ernst and Young practice for more than a decade, Mr. Zernitsky worked with corporations at global, national, and regional levels, undertaking auditing and advisory assignments. The firm’s clients included real estate investment trusts, management firms, and private equity funds. The audit work he undertook involved a substantive testing of accounts and the valuation of complex investments.
Igor Zernitsky is a graduate of Northeastern University who completed his MS in accounting and business management. Active in ping pong, he plays at a top competitive level at nationwide competitions, including the JOOLA North American Teams Table Tennis Tournament and Westchester Open.
