Ian Shehaiber has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, most recently serving as a Chipotle regional director of operations. Having held the role for four years, Ian Shehaiber grew the company’s locations across Long Island and New York City from 14 to 61.
Subsequently, he helped increase the region’s annual revenues by almost $100 million during this time. In addition, Mr. Shehaiber had a hand in developing Cultivate University, a leadership program designed to train Chipotle’s operational leaders. To eliminate costs, he worked with the accounting and business intelligence divisions to protect against in-store and online credit card fraud.
Because of his work, Ian Shehaiber was named the company’s Best Regional Director on three occasions. Before this, he served as a district manager with the firm for two years. In the position, he turned around a losing district to the point where it was consistently profitable.
Alongside a bachelor of science in aerospace engineering, Mr. Shehaiber has a master’s degree in the subject. He earned both degrees at the University of Florida.
