An undergraduate at Columbia University, Henry Feldman is pursuing studies in political science and psychology while maintaining an active presence on campus. Taking a position as Student Services representative with the Columbia College Student Council in 2018, Henry Feldman accepted responsibilities as executive board member and Vice President for Policy in May 2019.
Guiding the council’s Policy Committee, Mr. Feldman has been successful in coordinating efforts with college deans and administrators to improve the student experience. This has encompassed areas such as food insecurity and textbook affordability. He also helped launch a working committee of administrators that specifically addressed food insecurity challenges faced by high-need, first-generation, low-income students.
Also a contributor and senior editor with the Columbia Political Review, Mr. Feldman assists in producing a journal and guiding writers through the production cycle. He brainstorms article ideas with fellow contributors and works to ensure that articles meet the standard required for publication. Henry Feldman’s professional background includes a business intelligence analysis-focused summer internship with HealthDrive Corporation in Massachusetts in 2019.
