Perform monthly reviews of Balance Sheet accounts and reconciliation/preparation of associated notes, reporting to headquarter
Perform monthly reviews of P&L variance analysis including review of detailed revenue, cost transactions
Analyze monthly personnel costs for +300 staffs locals & expatriates
Provide assurance about the accuracy and integrity of financial information
Insure compliance with local business regulations (Labour regulations, health and security, taxes, ...)
Establishment of internal control according to the group's guidelines
Cash Management
Human resources management (union relations, wages policies)

In charge of business development
In charge of accounting, financial, social and legal aspects
Oversees production, technical aspects , methods and processes, Procurement...).

Review fiscal and operational financial plan and reports (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements)
Develop, implement and manage all cost accounting and cash management procedures & reporting systems
