A skilled entrepreneur with experience in the health care staffing, finance, and accounting industries, Hazel Kudera serves as the CEO and president of NYC Healthcare Staffing in New York. Since founding the company in 2010, she has helped health care companies in New Jersey and New York find the personnel they need for temporary, direct hire, and temp-to-perm positions. Beyond that, Hazel Kudera and her team serve job seekers and assist them with finding positions in the tri-state area that match their expertise and abilities.
Both prior to and during her work at NYC Healthcare Staffing, Ms. Kudera held various staffing and accounting roles with other companies. These include leading LHK Consulting, Inc., for 6 years and P&K of New York for 4 years. As president and CEO at both companies, she developed working relationships with dozens of bankers, executive officers, business partners, and other important personnel in the area. Ms. Kudera also gained hands-on knowledge of industry regulations and the creation and implementation of business plans that improve performance.
Ms. Kudera graduated from the University of San Carlos in the Philippines with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy. She subsequently earned membership into the country’s PICPA and spent several years handling accounting staffing for Cebu Mitsumi Philippines before taking her more recent positions.
