- Handling all the planes schedule (ATC File)
- Work of the flight plan for the trip, which includes an estimated flight time / height faithful, who will fly the aircraft air passages that would be taking the plane (Flight Planning)
- In charge of control service flight planning to aircraft and crew
- Dealing with Control Tower and Control Center(Communications radio)
- Weather reports in the country of departure and the country of destination.
- Maps of weather in the upper atmosphere (Weather & Forecasts).
- Make sure of the validity of all the devices and navigation in the country of departure and the destination country air and the ways in which the plane .
- Make sure of the validity of the plane for the trip in coordination with the Maintenance Department
- Calculate the amount of the load can be transported on the plane (load sheet/flight release)
- Request for overflight and landing permission from other countries if necessary
- Provide the necessary information to aircraft on the ground and in the air to provide a safe and efficient flight (NOTAM).
- To inform the competent authorities in case of need for emergency equipment to the plane before take-off or landing
- Notifying the captain of any hazardous load in nature or which needs special attention and its position in the hold.
- Flight monitoring on the VHF and HF radios and satellite tracking
- Making critical decisions under extreme pressure.
- Calculate the hours of aircraft and pilots monthly.
