Monitoring & operating atm and vacuum distilliation tower.
recording and maintaining temperature, levels and pressures of process systems, heat exchangers, pressurized vessels, tanks and other depending equipments.
Operating different types of pumps such as Centrifugal pumps, Gear Box pumps, Vacuum pumps…etc. Also, checking on them for any abnormal situations.
Performing tests on samples to determine quality such as ductility u softness u penetration… etc.
closely inspecting equipments & machines for safety problems, overheating or leak .
performing maintenance and housekeeping of the plant at all times.
