As chief executive officer of Heartbased Consulting, Glenn Tobe guides clients through comprehensive strategic projects that lead to organization-wide transformation. He is also CEO of California-based Hear, where he similarly consults on largely digital transformational projects for a number of Fortune 500 companies. A leader in the field of accelerating business change, Glenn Tobe is a lecturer at the University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business and has presented at the Project Management Institute.
In addition to his consulting work, Glenn Tobe has co-authored two books on organizational change, Rekindling Commitment, and Mission, Vision, and Values. In a business career spanning more than three decades, Mr. Tobe has held leadership positions with firms such as Change Works, which he led as CEO for 11 years. He also served seven years as senior vice president of human resources with Avanade. Mr. Tobe received a master of arts in clinical psychology from John F. Kennedy University, and holds certification with the Leadership Circle.
