Detailed Description
  • I have been engaged with multiple european companies to design the way to move from a current IT System to a new one helping them to adopt Digitalization migration.
    Few example:
    • KPN (NL), Audit and analyze reasons of customer attrition rate (multiple brand without unique User Experience) especially arround IP-TV offer. My job was to understand the current IT landscape, propose an architecture to answer to the issue and mainly the way to move.
    • LGI (NL), contribution to design of unique "Customer Centric" entreprise architecture based on 3 main topics (Content Management, eCommerce and Customer selfcare) for 9 countries through the extended Europe. My job was to manage constraints and product already in place (CQ5 for CMS, bespoke development for selfservice) to propose a Service Oriented Architecture including mobile & tablet access. Define a plan to federate maturity of the different countries. Define methods to chose the eCommerce software.
  • For Vodafone (DE), I was the technical transition manager, taking the eCommerce solution (ATG based) knowledge and defining organization to make the transition and also the RUN part. I have been engaged also to be the lead for perfomance tests, defining hardware forcast model (+1000 order/day) using HP LoadRunner.
  • For Carrefour Bank (FR) or BASF (DE), I was defining method to chose API management solution (Apigee, Vordel, IBM, Mashery, layer7, WSO², ...) and design Services & micro services oriented architecture. My job was to recommand the best product to answer to the business needs and also the master architecture design to integrate external services as well as internal for new business.
  • For Renault I am in charge of the RUN quality (ITIL) for general service scope (more than 100 applications in multiple technologies, including MainFrame, Java, PHP, .Net, ...).
  • Croos organization I develop & manage technology to present evolution in IT. I have created the SummerCamp session for 3 years and I present in 45mn format technology like IoT, DevOps, BlockChain, AI, APIs, Docker, aso. When it is needed I invest in training for my self to learn those technologies and then build my speech :)
