  • Reporting into the head of the Executive Manager for Search & Digital Marketing I produced end to end Search Engine Optimisation solutions for CommBank & MyWealth. Working with teams across the Group, I was responsible for creating customer focused and measurable SEO strategies that drove business outcomes and a needs based customer experience and this includes our social media channel.
  • As the SEO lead for the bank, I managed the largest channel of online traffic and sales. I trained teams in production and marketing, introducing BrightEdge to track and optimise the 12,000 online assets we had, introduced new technology into our CMS to transform the way update content by automating the checkpoints and developed strategies to continue to deliver results.
