Gabriel Warren is a healthcare consultant from Tallahassee, Florida. Before taking on this role, he spent more than 14 years practicing law at Rutledge Ecenia P.A., where he became a shareholder. His clients included healthcare providers, medical marijuana businesses, and companies in the gaming and alcohol sectors. His legal work centered on civil, regulatory, and administrative law.
Born on April 6, 1984, in Tallahassee, Gabriel attended local schools and joined the International Baccalaureate program in high school. He later attended Duke University, graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Political Science. He also worked in the athletic department during his studies.
Gabriel attended Vanderbilt University Law School, earning Dean’s Scholar recognition. He was involved in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and the International Law Practice Lab, and served with the Legal Aid Society. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 2010.
During law school, Gabriel gained experience at The Constitution Project in Washington, D.C., as an intern for Judge Eugene E. Siler, Jr., and at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina. In 2009, he worked as a Summer Associate with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein, handling research and legal drafting.
At Rutledge Ecenia P.A., Gabriel advised clients on compliance, licensing, reimbursement, and enforcement issues, particularly in healthcare. He also worked with gaming and alcohol businesses to navigate regulatory challenges.
Gabriel is involved with organizations such as America’s Second Harvest, the Nature Conservancy, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee. He supports local schools, Duke University, and environmental efforts. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling, and time with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Tinsley.
