  • MFG/Pro Expertise and Latin American Expansion: Prior to the successful MFG/Pro implementation in Venezuela and Colombia, served as the MFG/Pro expert consultant for Argentina and Chile. Responsibilities encompassed server sizing, MFG/Pro installation, standardizing LA processes, executing bolt-on Progress programming, and conducting comprehensive training.
  • HCM SAP Data Migration: Led the successful data migration from HR legacy systems across 13 countries to the corporate HCM SAP platform, a pivotal achievement within the GPT R8 project. Recognized with the Rockwell CTM award for consistently exceeding expectations during the conversion.
  • MFG/Pro Server Consolidation and Clustering: Led the IT initiative for consolidating MFG/Pro instances across 12 Latin American countries, centralizing operations in Milwaukee's (HQ) data center. This effort was personally recognized with a CTM award.
  • Implemented Electronic Invoicing for RA Chile: Led the implementation of MFG/PRO electronic invoicing (paperless) for the RA Chile subsidiary ahead of legal deadlines, revolutionizing the billing process and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • Multi-Faceted IT Leadership: Held a pivotal role in managing, designing, and implementing a diverse portfolio of medium to large IT projects throughout Latin America. Notable projects include:
    • Latin America Data Warehouse (LADW): Designed and served as the technical lead for an enhanced version utilizing SQL Server, Java, and Cognos technologies, providing senior management with crucial sales and financial data.
    • SAP R8 HCM Latin America Legacy Systems Conversion: Functioned as the data developer (ETL) responsible for migrating HR legacy systems to SAP HCM across all Latin America sites.
    • Monterrey Payroll IT Leadership: Oversaw the implementation of META4 payroll outsourcing in Rockwell's new Monterrey plant.
    • Automated Marketing Event Registration System: Designed and developed a fully automated marketing event registration and tracking system, earning commendation for this achievement.
    • Web Access IT: Led the development of new features and orchestrated the migration of the legacy web application utilized by Latin America distributors.
    • Dispatch to Invoice (D2I) Project Management: Managed a Six Sigma project aimed at reducing invoice processing time by 300%, significantly improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) from over 180 to 30-60 days.
