Frederick Toca Jr is a Director of Contract Administration with nearly a decade of Managing Contracting Teams, designing Contract Management systems and handling all aspects of Shepherding Contracts through various procurement programs. Frederick Toca Jr., has worked with various public and private entities, and even run his own legal research and writing consultancy firm (specializing in Mesothelioma Litigation) and his own law firm.
After establishing his consulting firm in 2011, Mr. Toca worked with a range of large clients, including Belden Wire, John Crane, General Electric and others. Alongside this, he worked for the City of Atlanta in a variety of roles starting in 2015, when he was the Principle Contract Administrator for the City of Atlanta’s $250 Million Dollar Infrastructure Bond program.
Following the completion of this project, Mr. Toca was promoted to the positions of both Senior Contract Administrator for the City's Department of Public Work's and Senior Policy Advisor for the City's Parking Bureau. In this role Mr. Toca oversaw a variety of projects, including the Smart City Lighting Program (estimated budget of $10 million), the Mercedes Benz Stadium Pedestrian Bridge Project ($33 Million Dollar Budget), and the drafting of the foundations for updating the City's Zoning Ordinances. Mr. Toca eventually designed and became the Director of the city of Atlanta's Department of Public Works' Contract Management Program in 2019.
As of December 2019, Mr. Toca accepted the position of Senior Commercial Contract Manager with Georgia based corporation, TSYS (a Global Payments corporation).
Outside of his career, Frederick Toca Jr enjoys active pursuits such as swimming, running, and working with various homeless populations in the Atlanta area.
