Education leader with more than fifteen years of experience in institutional leadership, educational management, and strategic development across both school and higher education sectors in Indonesia. Experienced in managing multi-campus educational institutions, strengthening governance systems, and developing institutional strategies that support long-term sustainability and educational innovation. Currently serving as School Director of Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi School and member of the Board of Directors at STIKES Andalusia. Also leading the establishment initiative of Jingsi Bodhi College Indonesia as Team Leader, responsible for strategic planning, institutional development, and regulatory preparation for a new higher education institution grounded in humanistic education values.
