Currently serving as School Director of Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi School and member of the Board of Directors at STIKES Andalusia. Also leading the establishment initiative of Jingsi Bodhi College Indonesia as Team Leader, responsible for strategic planning, institutional development, and regulatory preparation for a new higher education institution grounded in humanistic education values.
