Felix Rippy

With two decades of experience practicing law in Mason and other Texas communities, Felix Rippy maintains a home base as an attorney in Indiana, where he is a former felony level Judge and licensed attorney as well. He is currently undertaking graduate student work while applying for admission to the PhD program at Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA,) and he recently was awarded a paid graduate student research assistant position based on topping his graduate school class in two classes (referred to as "booking" the class). Felix Rippy previously studied employment law and management at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business where he earned his MBA as class salutatorian in 1992.

Having completed his Texas board certification in family law more than a decade ago, Mr. Rippy has long maintained an active license to practice in Indiana. His experience extends to the business sphere where he set in motion a plan to take Freehold Capital Partners, LLC, with $3.2 billion in assets managed, public through an IPO. He also established and sold Austin Texas Mediators, LLC, a firm that provided training and credentialing in family law mediation.

Mr. Rippy recently earned appointment to the board of the "Reconnecting to Our Waterways” program in Indianapolis, with the ROW and related charities' centering their community efforts on the Urban Wilderness Trail Program. Felix Rippy is also involved in charities such as Indiana Cross Country Arena and “Back on My Feet Again,” a program for residents at the Wheeler Mission in Indianapolis, that reflect his passion for running.
