  • Diabetic patient data entered into Twinkle:
    *Support diabetes team to enter all data required into Twinkle.
    *Liaise with nurses to determine requirements
    *Recording and submission of data for NPDA
    *Sorting out template for 3 monthly appointments
    *Identifying patients for annual review clinics
    *Organizing all retinopathy screening reports-referring to screening service
    *Organizing monthly meeting for peer review.
