About Me
I graduated from my PhD studies in Mathematics at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. I then completed a one-year project in image processing algorithm as a post-doctoral research fellow at the same University.

My recent project includes the development of new methods for the compression of images by using piecewise constant and linear polynomials. The numerical results show that my novel algorithms can compare with the standard wavelet-based method used by JPEG at low bit rates. I am well experienced in programming, and am very enthusiastic in learning other new programming languages.

Apart from research, I am also very interested in various fields, namely software designs involving algorithm development and implementation, and advanced technology.
