- participate in the management of the real estate portfolios, infrastructures and private placements of the common fund entrusted to external managers:
- tracking of cash flows and commitments, calculation of internal rate of return (IRR) and multiples;
- search for new investment opportunities with fund managers: tracking in the market, quantitative factors analysis, questionnaires and due diligence;
- monitoring the managers' strategy, transactions in the funds;
- verification of the compliance of mandates with their management agreement;
- when hiring, participate in the process of analyzing the legal documentation related to an investment;
- monitor the alternative investment market to detect trends and develop a contact network to facilitate access to investment opportunities.
