About Me
Born on Long Island, Eric Korsh began cooking professionally as a teenager when he took a position as a line cook at a local diner. After graduating from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York, he cooked for a time in Boston, Massachusetts, before returning to the greater New York metropolitan area and working for Manhattan’s Picholine. Eric Korsh went on to serve at several New York City restaurants including Jerry’s Cafe and Aretsky’s Patroon.

In 2007, Eric Korsh went into business in Sebastopol, California, where he owned and operated the 60-seat Restaurant Eloise. After leading Restaurant Eloise to a 2009 San Francisco Magazine Rising Star designation, he returned to New York City once again. He served as chef of the Waverly Inn from 2010 to 2012 and owner/chef of Calliope from 2012 to 2014. Mr. Korsh most recently served three years as executive chef of the North End Grill.
