An executive in the residential construction industry, Eric Hymowitz is the owner and president of ROC Homes of Houston. Under the leadership of Eric Hymowitz, his company developed the ROCton 2275 floor plan, featuring three bedrooms, a patio yard, and 2.5 baths. The company later enhanced this design by adding a third floor that includes a game room and another bedroom with a full bath.
Before transitioning to his current position, Eric Hymowitz gained practical leadership experience in the home-building industry as the vice president of finance with the KB Home Corporation in Houston. While there, he helped the organization build more than 1,500 homes in just one year.
A businessman active in his professional community, Eric Hymowitz belongs to the Greater Houston Builders Association (GHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders. Moreover, his company submits floor plans for consideration in the GHBA Houston's Best Awards, an annual ceremony honoring excellence in home-building.
To prepare for his career, Eric Hymowitz earned a bachelor of science in business management at Tulane University in New Orleans.
