Projects Management: • Define the scope of the project according to its nature and goals • Hold project launch meetings with clients • Hold briefing meetings with the technical teams (developers, designer, CM, CR ..) • Set up the project schedule • Define deliverables • Follow the production • Ensures timeliness and quality of deliverables • Hold repporting meetings
