Mr. Soto holds a degree earned magna cum laude from the University of Puerto Rico in environmental science. The biological tests he undertook were vital in enabling identification of problematic wastewater sources.
While in Puerto Rico, Mr. Soto engaged with a major company in the handling of environmental permits and ensuring that the firm complied with regulations set forth by agencies at the local and federal levels. His ergonomic program and safety training leadership resulted in zero injuries across a six-month time frame. Passionate about the outdoors, Mr. Soto enjoys activities such as hiking, snowboarding, and exploring rivers in his free time.
