The recipient of a bachelor's degree in accounting from Haifa University, Dvir Derhy subsequently earned the designation of Certified Professional Accountant (CPA). After completing an internship at a major CPA firm in Israel, Dvir Derhy launched and managed his firm until he moved to Miami, Florida.
At this point, Mr. Derhy opened Derhy Financial, which he continues to serve as manager. He is also the president of Miami Gardens Office Center, a real estate rental agency where he manages multiple office buildings in Miami.
A proponent of healthy living, Mr. Derhy soon began considering other ways to extend his life and became interested in cryogenics, the frozen preservation of the human body for possible restoration to life. After learning there was no cryonics facility in Florida, he launched Osiris Back to Life in 2016. The company is still the only cryonics facility in the state.
Under the leadership of Dvir Derhy, Osiris Back to Life is committed to the speedy preservation of bodies to ensure that organs, particularly the brain, may return to a healthy state when unfrozen. The company also offers pet preservation.
