A member of the Rhode Island Society of Osteopathic Physicians and certified by several organizations, including the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, Dr. Stephen Petteruti possesses more than three decades of clinical and directing experience in family and aesthetic medicine. Dr. Stephen Petteruti attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he earned his DO and went on to deliver care at army hospitals in Georgia and Virginia.
In 1994, he opened Petteruti Family Practice and worked as a physician and clinical instructor for more than two decades. In 2012, he joined the staff of the anti-aging focused medical clinic Intellectual Medicine 120, and remains the clinic’s medical director today.
Outside of his role in the clinical setting, he is an accomplished author and expert on men’s health and medical weight loss. He has delivered presentations on weight loss at several professional forums, including the American College for Advancement in Medicine's annual conference and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine's spring conference.
Since 2016, he has shared his medical knowledge over the airwaves through his weekly radio show “Intellectual Medicine with Dr. Petteruti”, which reviews medicines and lifestyle changes that increase longevity.
