After completing his MD in psychiatry at Louisiana State University Medical Center, Dr. Shailesh Vora embarked on a career that has allowed him to practice in a variety of locations. Between 1990 and 2010, he served as a psychiatrist with the Neurology and Sleep Disorder Center of South Arkansas. In this role, Dr. Shailesh Vora treated patients with sleep disorders and neurological conditions. He was awarded a Patients' Choice Award in recognition of the high quality of his work.
In April 2021, Dr. Vora accepted a position as a psychiatrist at Lifetime Family Center in Carrollton, Texas. Now based in Texas, he works with patients who have emotional disorders. Dr. Vora evaluates patients and helps them with counseling and medication management. Again, his standout work led to a Patients’ Choice Award, and he was voted a Top Psychiatrist.
Dr. Shailesh Vora also serves Delta Family Center as medical director. He leverages his medical knowledge and vast experience to oversee the organization’s treatment plan and ensure that patients receive a high level of care.
