Dr. Sabha Ganai is an experienced, board-certified surgical oncologist who holds expertise in a wide range of areas, including the foregut and pancreas surgery. Dr. Sabha Ganai holds medical qualifications from a variety of institutions, including the University of Southern California, where she graduated magna cum laude, and the University of Massachusetts, where she received a Ph.D. in molecular and cellular biology.
Dr. Ganai underwent a residency at Baystate Medical Center - Tufts University, and completed advanced fellowship training with the University of Chicago focused on clinical medical ethics, medical education, and complex general surgical oncology.
Dr. Ganai also received an MPH in Epidemiology from the Harvard University T.H. Chan School of Public Health in 2017. Along with her work in hospitals and medical centers, Dr. Ganai has experience in several academic settings, including being an assistant professor and director of gastrointestinal oncology at Southern Illinois University’s Simmons Cancer Institute.
