About Me
Dr. Peter Brett is a physician who specializes in oncology. Drawing on over 25 years of experience, Dr. Peter Brett has worked with several medical centers, most recently joining the Commonwealth Health Center in Saipan as its first oncologist. In the past, he worked with the Sutter Medical Group, which he joined in 2011 as its director of medical oncology. He has also served as a principal investigator in several clinical trials.
During the two decades that he has worked in the field, Dr. Brett has received several accolades, such as being named one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s top oncologists four years in a row. He first entered the field after graduating from Stanford University with a degree in philosophy and biological sciences and an MD from the Stanford University School of Medicine. Following his graduation from university, Dr. Brett served a residency at Stanford University Hospital (SUH) before undergoing a fellowship at the Bethesda, Maryland-based National Cancer Institute.
