Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Norman Rowe has extensive experience in rhinoplasty, breast, and revision procedures. Dr. Norman Rowe earned his doctor of medicine from the Tulane University School of Medicine and went on to complete several research and clinical fellowships, including a microsurgery fellowship and a plastic surgery fellowship at New York University’s since-renamed Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery.

In 2004, Dr. Rowe opened his practice in New York City, where he continues to help patients with a range of face, body, and skin treatments. He utilizes innovative techniques and noninvasive methods to offer plastic surgery and anti-aging treatments such as skin and body rejuvenation. In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Rowe holds clinical appointments with medical centers across New York and New Jersey. Some of the facilities that he works at comprise Monmouth Medical Center, New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai, and Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital. He also serves as an associate professor at the St. George’s University School of Medicine.
