An experienced New Jersey-based neurologist, Dr. Jonathan Fellus focuses on the complex treatment of acquired brain injury. Dr. Jonathan Fellus sees patients at Advanced NeuroCare, LLC, where he serves as the chief medical officer.
After he finished his neurology fellowship at Pennsylvania Hospital, he completed a fellowship in neurorehabilitation at the University of Maryland Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic Institute. Thereafter, he became a staff neurologist at the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation. He was promoted to director of brain injury services a year later.
For more than a decade, Dr. Fellus managed the largest clinical rehabilitation program for inpatients and outpatients in the country at Kessler. He also helped train students and served as the codirector of the institute’s spasticity clinic. Later, he held the role of director of rehabilitation at the Meadowlands Hospital Medical Center.
Alongside his current position, Dr. Jonathan Fellus is the chief medical director of the Zahra Charity, a nonprofit that he cofounded. The Utah-based organization funds neurorehabilitation efforts in Morocco, and it established the Moulay Ali Institute for Rehabilitation in Marrakesh.
