Dr. John G. Kennedy is an orthopedic surgeon with several decades of experience in the profession, now working with NYU Langone Health, which he joined in 2019. In addition, Dr. John G. Kennedy serves as a professor of orthopedic surgery at NYU Langone while also mentoring surgical residents.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Kennedy has worked with a range of organizations in the United States and Ireland, such as the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin, where he was a physiology tutor. In addition, he served at Dublin Regional Hospitals as a general and orthopedic surgery resident for four years before working at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center/ Tufts University in Boston.
At the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, Dr. John Kennedy was an attending orthopedic surgeon for 16 years before joining NYU Langone Health. During this time, he was also the director of the International Research Fellow Foot and Ankle Department, among other roles.
