About Me
Energy and utility attorney Douglas Healy has headed a law office for more than a decade. Earlier in his career, Douglas Healy served as a senior assistant prosecutor for the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney and as the chief of staff for the Missouri Public Service Commission (PSC).

While working with the Greene County Prosecutor, he collaborated in the property and white-collar crime division. At the Missouri PSC, he assisted and advised the commission’s chairman on developing policy goals, preparing agendas, and managing the organization’s 200 employees. In 2006, he was involved in the formation of Healy Law Office, where he currently practices as a managing member.

As a member, he has served as legal counsel for public and private organizations, including the Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission, National Steel of America, LLC, and CenturyTel, LLC. He also manages a small team of lawyers who specialize in energy law and environmental tort cases.
