Offering personalized solutions, Dr. Don Peden has tailored single- and multi-day classes for leadership audiences ranging from C-level executives to first-line supervisors. Some of his past classes include “The 7 Habits for Highly Effective People for Managers” and “Leadership: Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results.”
As a senior executive coach at Resources Global Professionals in Tampa, Florida, Dr. Don Penden helped outplaced senior executives identify new career directions. And while serving as a senior consultant at Franklin Covery in Salt Lake City, Utah, he presented keynote speeches at leadership retreats, public seminars, national trade associations, and division conferences for audiences of up to 2,500 people.
Dr. Peden earned a PhD in instructional technology from Indiana University. He also earned a master's degree in science education from the University of Kentucky and a bachelor's degree in biology and bio chem from Centre College of Kentucky. He maintains membership to multiple professional organizations, including the Association for Talent Development.
