In this position, I spearheaded two major special needs programs into the daily curriculum of the Universal educational institutions that revitalized the growth and expanded the student body to include children that we not being served prior. He worked directly under the leadership of the President, Dean, and principals and served as an advisor for many regular-Ed programs within the schools. During my time with the Universal Education Institute I attended numerous seminars and leadership training programs in Israel which led him to become the Director of Special Education.
