- Controlling end to end manufacturing & refurbishing of mobile bulk material handling equipment like, Jump Conveyors, Truck unloaders ( Dual or Triple Bay), Power Stackers, Grab Hoppers (with dust extraction) for different projects.
- Controlling production of Fabrication shop, Machine shop (CNC Plasma -drilling machine, Milling, Heavy duty lathe & Drilling Machine etc), Automobile shop as well as Blasting & Painting shop. All fabricated steel structures were to be blasted and painted as per the requirement of the customer.
- Working with Asset Management system, Policies, Strategies and implementation for maximise productivity/service delivery, minimise cost & minimise risk
- Project Coordinating and monitoring & controlling all Production functional areas as per schedules as well as monitoring equipment maintenance in line with Asset Management policies
- Organizing Project Planning & Scheduling and monitoring to ensure the plan is met as per the schedule & driving the deadlines
- Preparing estimates for labour and material for all structurals as well as material take off to create material requisition for PO generation.
Project cost monitoring in line with estimates. - Developing Supplier and auditing capabilities
- Making Business strategies with Corporate Management and creating road maps from short term to long term goal
- Training and implementing stuffs on Lean Management and 5S.
- Productivity improvement by improving performance in every production & operational areas.

- Providing support on equipment design on conveyors & Duct designing on Grab Hopper dust extracting system and execute to get the that done.

- In house development and design modifications on different bulk handling equipments like Telebelts,Stackers,Truck Unloders and make sure that the modifications done.
