I am a training and development professional who blends creative ideas with technical skills.
I have worked in the healthcare industry as a PC instructor training software skills to a wide variety of skill levels and staff including nurses, administrative staff and management.
My twin goals are to improve efficiency and productivity through supported software applications.
I approach training through its full cycle from needs analysis, to design and development to instruction and facilitation and through evaluation. I write my own materials, guidebooks, exercises, and evaluations in order to foster and improve learning skills.
I use a variety of methods of communication from instructor led to eLearning to web documents.
I am pleased to provide future employers my blend of creativity and technical skills to launch new software products as well as implement new software versions.
