With more than 25 years of experience, Debabrata Biswal is one of the most prominent telecommunications leaders based in Tampa, FL. As the vice president of HCL Telecommunications since 2017, Debabrata Biswal relies on his vast knowledge of AI and machine learning to provide tailor-made solutions for the company’s customers.
Mr. Biswal started his career in telecommunications back in 1994 at East Coast Telecom (a part of TATA Consultancy), where his primary position was that of a principal consultant. He was in charge of delivering IT, BPO, and consulting services for five North American media and entertainment industries.
From 2010 to 2015, Mr. Biswal served as the head of the communications and technology vertical and the North America and Canada CME BU Leader at Cognizant. Among many other duties, Biswal was also in charge of delivering sales, negotiating multi-year deals, and account planning.
From September 2015 through December of 2016, Mr. Biswal worked as an associate vice president at Infosys, located in Dallas, Texas, where he was head of engagement strategic accounts and emerging business unit for communications media and entertainment vertical.
