David Joseph Simard is currently consulting with General Dynamics, Ericsson and AT&T, providing legal, finance and operations consulting services. He previously was involved in restructuring a large hospitality focused real estate development company overseeing, legal, acquisition, entitlements, construction, asset and project management of the corporate real estate portfolio.
