An experienced physician, Dr. David H. Segal holds a summa cum laude doctor of medicine (MD) degree from the SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, New York. After completing a residency in neurosurgery at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, David H. Segal, MD, served a decade as a partner in a neurosurgical practice in Suffern, New York, earning multiple honors from organizations such as Marquis and Strathmore Who’s Who.
Dr. David H Segal continued to provide award-wining service over his 3 years as a neurosurgeon in a group practice in Annapolis, Maryland, and his 7 years as the head of his own solo neurosurgical practice in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The Brain Injury Association of Iowa named him its “Contributor of the Year” in 2011, and Trademark listed him in its Who’s Who Top Doctors Edition in 2016.
Dr. Segal returned to the academic arena in the mid-2010s to secure his juris doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law. He is currently awaiting bar results from the Nevada State Bar so he can begin handling personal injury cases as an attorney with the Las Vegas law firm of Lerner and Rowe.
