- Inspect all the raw materials contained to the factory and accept or reject them according to standard specifications
- Inspect all products from the production line and accept or reject them according to specifications - Products such as (panels -blankets- pipes) of rock wool used in thermal insulation
- Conduct laboratory tests periodically on samples of the product such as (thermal conductivity - density - Thickness- heat test - PH)
- Follow customer complaints related to product quality and take suitable action to achieve customer satisfaction
