- Acquisition of that general, psyco-pedagogical and educational formation, so necessary for the professional performance according the the current regulations.
- Application of the knowledge and skills acquired, solving the difficulties of the teaching-learning processes in the different contexts in which teachers develop our professional activity, integrating and adapting our disciplinary knowledge to the demands of the educational level in which we teach.
- Integratation of knowledge so that we can cope with the complexity of the system and the different educational processes that take place at school and in the classroom, developing reflections to focus on the social and ethical responsibilities related to the application of knowledge and judgments in the classroom, and being able to review the nature and effectiveness of our own practices.
- Justification of our decisions and judgments as professionals, as well as the ability to transmit them clearly to the specialized staff and to the rest of the educational community, families and society in general.
- Acquisition of a sufficient training base and development of skills that will allow us to continue to grow as teachers, autonomously and responsibly.
