Practicing as an attorney with Nuttall, MacAvoy & Joyce, PC, in Marshfield, Massachusetts, Craig Kowalski handles a broad range of general and special education matters for various clients, predominantly school districts. Previously based in Canton, Craig Kowalski was associated with the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office from 2002 to 2018.
Starting as a prosecutor with district courts, Mr. Kowalski accepted responsibilities as supervisor of the Quincy District Court in 2004, and as chief of district court prosecution the following year. This earned him Norfolk County District Court Prosecutor of the Year recognition.
Next accepting responsibilities as a superior court prosecutor, Mr. Kowalski oversaw the efforts of prosecutors in high-priority investigations involving violent crime, homicide, armed robbery, and sexual assault. He provided training and support to prosecutors in complex cases, and ultimately served as senior trial counsel. A supporter of Boston athletics teams, he has coached youth basketball and soccer, and enjoys activities such as tennis in his free time.
