Craig Bonn has established a career in finance that spans more than thirty years, focusing on areas that provide investors with opportunities beyond conventional markets. His expertise lies in alternative investments, private equity, and pre-IPO strategies. He leads Harley Capital LLC as a managing partner and independent broker-dealer, and he serves as managing member of Edge Partners LLC, a firm organized to bring accredited investors into late-stage companies through special purpose vehicles (SPVs). His work has extended across technology, healthcare, consumer markets, and energy, and he has been involved in early positions in companies including Facebook, Databricks, and Anthropic.
Craig was born in New York and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Hartford. Shortly after, he began his career at Lehman Brothers. At the time, Lehman was one of the most active firms in global finance, and Craig’s work there exposed him to institutional clients, risk evaluation, and complex portfolio management. The demanding environment gave him essential skills while highlighting traditional investment frameworks' shortcomings.
