Colonel Ciro Stefano is a military advisor and educator who has served the US Army in a variety of leadership positions. Since 2018, Colonel Stefano served as the Senior Army Advisor to the Adjutant General of the New York National Guard (NYNG). In this role, Ciro Stefano is responsible for advising the senior military executive for the state of New York on operational, training, accessions, Title 10, and organizational matters affecting more than 15,000 National Guard personnel.
Colonel Stefano also serves as the director of executive engagement and is an advisory board member for Vets2Industry, which assists active-duty military members, veterans, and their family members make a successful transition into corporate America. In this capacity, he provides mentorship and access to the resources that veterans need when transitioning from the military to civilian life.
As a professor of military science, Colonel Stefano developed curricula for a number of military colleges and served a year leading the military science division of the US Military Academy at West Point.
Ciro Stefano holds a B.S. in business management from Texas A&M University as well as an M.B.A, which he earned magna cum laude from Webster University. When not working, Colonel Stefano enjoys traveling, the mountains, the tropics, his dogs, volunteering in his community and is a European automobile enthusiast.
