Chris Childers

An alumnus of Blue Valley High School and Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kansas, Chris Childers is a construction executive with more than three decades of building and project leadership experience. He began his career as a carpenter and foreman at B and B Construction and later worked as a project manager at Straticon. Chris Childers has served as president and owner of Allstate Renovations, Inc., since 2004. He oversees all operations for Allstate Renovations, which primarily works in Kansas City but is licensed in several other states.

Under the direction of Chris Childers, Allstate completes multi-family housing renovations and repairs including new window installation, new sliders, and repainting of apartment complexes. Mr. Childers oversees all of these projects in partnership with general and project managers. Moreover, he puts together necessary bid proposals and completes all required actions to maintain general contractor licenses.

Apart from these responsibilities, he also seeks out opportunities to advance his career and business by participating in continuing education programs and courses. Outside of his professional pursuits, he enjoys hobbies such as fishing, boating, biking, and motorcycle riding.
