Lucas Chapman is an experienced senior administrator who has led complex and multifaceted business operations and managed large teams in various food and beverage and restaurant sectors. While working toward his bachelor of arts in business management from Ohio State University in Columbus, he made the dean’s list and was MVP of the club flag football team. Over the course of his successful career, Lucas Chapman returned twice to the academic sector to study both hotel revenue management and business strategy at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
Mr. Chapman has been living and working in Chicago, Illinois, since 2012, when he accepted an assistant general manager and sommelier position at the upscale French bistro the Paris Club and its affiliated Studio Paris. He went on to oversee food and beverage operations for a number of the city’s top restaurants and hotels. For the past year, Lucas Chapman has directed regional operations in four states for the Chicago-based, cannabis-infused edibles company Cresco Labs.
