Cathy Swanson-Rivenbark is a longstanding presence in the south Florida community. Having previously served as Coral Gables’ development director and city manager, she currently leads the consulting firm Best Practice Cities, LLC. Ms. Swanson-Rivenbark also has several years of experience as city manager of Hollywood, Florida, where she oversaw redevelopment efforts of the southeast Florida coastal municipality. Guiding the revitalization of a city-owned, 6-acre beachfront property, she also spearheaded a community program that supported homeowners’ efforts to renovate and boost curb appeal.
