My first job was highly stimulating and I had the opportunity to work performing support service for an Internet service provider at the time when the internet was in great ascent.
I highlighted among all service operators and I became a reference for support calls to foreign customers for the ability to communicate in english in addition to being a reference for realization of personal support for cases with greater severity.
In addition to my role, also I was assigned for the development and maintenance of websites hosted on the provider.
