  • My first job was highly stimulating and I had the opportunity to work performing support service for an Internet service provider at the time when the internet was in great ascent.

    I highlighted among all service operators and I became a reference for support calls to foreign customers for the ability to communicate in english in addition to being a reference for realization of personal support for cases with greater severity.

    In addition to my role, also I was assigned for the development and maintenance of websites hosted on the provider.
Company Description
PSINet, based in Northern Virginia, was one of the first commercial Internet service providers (ISPs) and was involved in the commercialization of the Internet until the company's bankruptcy in 2001 during the dot-com bubble and acquisition by Cogent Communications in 2002.

It was founded on December 5, 1989 and officially began offering services, including limited for-profit access to the Internet, on January 1, 1990, becoming one of the first companies to sell Internet connectivity.
