I work as a technical leader and my role is to be the interface between business areas of Fresenius Medical Care and third parties technology providers.
My main responsibilities are project management, lead project resources, estimate project costs and effort, prepare user requirements and functional specifications, perform software IQ, OQ, PQ and user acceptance testing.
I contribute with strategic solutions to solve critical problems, adapting tools available to meet the existing scenario, creating "bottom-up" solutions and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and optimize existing solutions to meet the existing challenges.
I work with national and global projects and I'm adapted to the challenges of teams from different origins of the world.
I have great interpersonal skills, a strong differential for any project and team and I've always developed strong relationships with stakeholders. I work with holistic, in-depth understanding of projects and factors that surround them, evaluating technical details, the economic implications and cultural factors that can influence them.
I always consider essential: respect, ethics, motivation and relationships cultivated between team members for a good relationship and project success. These are the values that I believe and have been cultivating throughout my life and my professional career.
