A New York attorney with more than two decades of experience, Brian Stryker Weinstein represents US and global clients in commercial and securities litigation, as well as in white collar criminal defense matters. His high-profile client list includes JPMorgan Chase, whom he represented in a lawsuit to recover $500 million on defaulted forex derivatives contracts. A member of the firm’s pro bono committee, Brian Stryker Weinstein helped secure a $4.6 million settlement for 36 Chinese immigrants whose restaurant employer violated state and federal labor laws.
A graduate of Yale Law School, Mr. Weinstein also earned a bachelor of arts from Duke University. He remains affiliated with the university as a member of the Duke Alumni Association and the Iron Dukes, the school’s athletics booster association. He also serves on the board of directors for the Kenan Institute for Ethics.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Weinstein enjoys reading and hiking the Rockefeller Trails in Westchester County.
